CAD Design

Steel does not forgive mistakes, which is why the work begins far away from the sparks of the workshop. Every structure is first fully modeled in 3D space. That is where I verify geometry, eliminate collisions, and optimize details. I approach cutting and welding with a strict, calculated plan—craftsmanship is then only the precise execution of what has already been validated on the screen.Every project begins in the digital world. Using Fusion 360, I optimize the structure before the first cut of steel.

Precision Craft

We move from the computer screen to workshop reality, where there is no room for measurement errors. I implement strict industrial standards, because in load-bearing structures, “by eye” is good enough at most for checking tire pressure. The visible quality of my welds is only the tip of the iceberg—the foundation is full structural integrity, proper penetration, and strength ready for the most demanding tests.

Individual Approach

A solid construction should withstand the greatest loads without hesitation, but that doesn’t mean it should look like it just returned from a training ground. A perfect, repeatable weld bead is not a matter of luck—it is the result of carefully calculated parameters and a well-trained hand. I pay attention to surface finishing and every smallest detail so that raw metal is as pleasing to the eye as a perfectly laid carbon fiber weave or a flawlessly balanced frame on a custom bicycle. Strength is the absolute minimum, but it is the details and aesthetics that distinguish true engineering craftsmanship from mere clumps of scrap metal.
